Complete an online Booking Enquiry with your preferred date, time and any addition information. We will then be in touch via email or phone for more details prior to negotiating with the Teaching Artist.
 

Once bookings are confirmed, schools/institutions will be provided with copies of the Teaching Artists WWC and PLI.

Teaching Artists report to Administration upon arrival.

Arts in Schools can program a workshop for your specific needs.

TRAVEL COSTS

There are no travel charges for schools within 60 minutes of Melbourne CBD. An addition fee of $25 per 30 minutes of travel (or part thereof) will be included in your quote and invoice.

TERMS OF BOOKING

The booking is not confirmed until receipt of payment in full / remittance is received.

Change of date requests may be submitted up to 7 days prior to the workshop date but are subject to the Teaching Artists' availability.

Cancelations within 7 days of the workshop date are non-refundable.

Arts in Schools oversees any and all communications between Teaching Artists and the hirer.

Teaching Artists must be supervised by an employee of the hirer at all times.

Arts in Schools and Teaching Artists do not accept discrimination of any kind.
